Shipping Policy

1. The company will deliver every product ordered to the customer's home within a specified time. (T.C apply).

2. A return notice for damaged products must be given within 24 hours of product delivery.

(The company must be sent a message on mail or WhatsApp with the order ID and a video of opening the product package).

3. Only those products of the company will be returned

a) If the wrong product is delivered

b) If there is any dispute or damage to the product on the road

c) No return will be made for other reasons

d) It is mandatory to make a video of the product while opening the package (no product will be returned without a video of the product)

e) If the product is returned for reasons (a) and (b), the company will bear the cost of its transportation.

f)1) The new product will be delivered to the address within two to seven days by the company.

f/2) Subject to conditions, if the company's delivery charge is free on that product, then no delivery charge will be paid.
